Rosé Champagne
There’s something particularly indulgent about rosé Champagne, be that down to the colour, that extra richness of fruit or the relative rarity… Indeed the style used to be something of a specialism, with houses such as Billecart-Salmon and Laurent-Perrier among the first to produce a rosé; and while it is still not a cuvée made by every house, there are more than enough to choose from, via both grandes marques such as Bollinger and Dom Pérignon and grower producers such as Egly Ouriet and Jacques Selosse.
