Sourced from the same vineyard as Eben Sadie's Skerpioen white, this is a varietal Palomino rather than a blend with Chenin Blanc. Whole bunch pressed before ageing in older 500-litre barrels, this is a savoury, earthy, salty number with sourdough bread and umami flavours, a nip of skin tannins and a sea breezy finish. 2024-29
