Deep roots and old vines are the key to the quality of this dry-farmed Chenin Blanc from the Paardeberg. Grippy, stony and effortlessly concentrated, it has oatmeal, citrus and aniseed flavours, some subtle skin tannins and a finish that flirts successfully with austerity. Stunning stuff. 2024-30
