A wine that has a label designed by Pieter Walser's talented son, Smaug is a Voor Paardeberg cuvée of mostly Grenache Blanc with the remaining 56% made up of Roussanne, Verdelho, Chenin Blanc, Viognier and Grenache Gris. Coiled like a spring, this combines fynbos and beeswax aromas with a steely palate of green fig, lemon zest and greengage. 2024-29
