Clara uses the best barrels from six different sites on the hill above the Klein Constantia winery, located between 220 and 340 metres. Fermented in 50% new oak and acacia - though you wouldn't notice it - this is a precise, focused, higher altitude Sauvignon Blanc with lovely purity and a palate of green herbs and pink grapefruit. 2024-30
