Made from 100% estate-grown fruit from Sussex and Hampshire and in only the best years, this latest release: the Nyetimber Blanc de Blancs 2016 is bright, perfectly balanced and full of vibrancy. Aromas of freshly squeezed lemon, pink apple and white blossom combine with a charming biscuity note. The palate is crisp, pure and mineral, laden with fresh orchard fruit and citrus.
