Les Mont Ferrés is a premier cru single vineyard in Vertus, and 2018 is the first time that Leclerc Briant have bottled it as a unique cuvée. It is made from 100% Chardonnay in this southernmost village of the Côte des Blancs. It is zero dosage, and has a zippy, energetic drive. It’s as racy as they come, but rounded out on the back palate by the ripe nature of the brilliant 2018 vintage.
