En Primeur
2004 Cuvée Dom Pérignon, Moët et Chandon
Tasted last in May 2024 at a 20 year on horizontal, the Dom Perignon 2004 from bottle has a lovely creamy nose of almond pastry, apple blossom, with a twist of crushed rock and spice. This is a mid-weight wine that feels a little more developed on the palate than some other wines in the line up, but delivers orchard fruit, a subtle, creamy mousse, and just a little dried herbs on the finish.
