From an east-facing site to the south of Arbois with Trias clay soil. Stéphane always highlights the characteristically peaty character of this wine, which reminds him of Islay whisky. It is the most rounded and expressive of his Vin Jaune wines, with an open and floral nose, subtle nutty hints and plenty of peaty iodine.
