Always one of the most expressive wines in the Rostaing stable the 2023 Cote Blonde has a spicy nose of black pepper, juniper and wild hedgerow fruit. There is a sinewy texture to the wine with supple tannins, bright acidity and excellent intensity of dark berry fruit. The finish is so long and focused with accents of liquorice root and tapenade.
