The Gamay shows all the structure and sophistication of the Boillots’ Côte d’Or Pinots, but with the juicy, pretty, peppery texture of Beaujolais. It’s got gorgeous blueberry fruit, and fine-grained tannins, thanks to the excellent granitic terroir.
