En Primeur
2023 Côte de Beaune Blanc, Les Monsnières, Les Horées
Strictly limited to 3 bottles per customer
This is the first year that Catharina is selling this cuvée (she made it first in 2022) and the Chardonnay comes from a 1.7-hectare vineyard on the Montagne de Beaune. The isolated plot was unpruned and unloved when she took it over, so a lot of care and attention has gone into bringing the vines back to life. Catharina loves working here. Open and elegant on the nose, packed with fresh, mineral, crystalline citrus flavours, with a long, saline finish. A brilliant début.
