Using 50% whole-bunch and then aged in a large wooden foudre, this cuvée has bags of elegant power waiting to unfurl in time and will reward the patient. Rich yet fresh on the nose, silky, velvety tannins delight on the palate. The depth of the fresh, spicy fruit is extremely enticing.
