2023 Coteaux Bourguignons Mon Poulain, Les Horées
Strictly limited to 6 bottles per customer
This is a blend of Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Beaune and Gamay from Catharina’s own vineyard in Pommard and some fruit from Fleurie in Beaujolais. The Gamay is vinified using 50% whole-bunch, and the resulting lifted, supple, juicy character gives this wine great appeal. Also a very attractive minerality throughout.
