Tiefenbrunner
The region of Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol is in the far north of Italy, bordering Austria, and this Germanic influence is felt all through everyday life, from the local dress, through the culinary tradition and into the wines. Tiefenbrunner are among the most respected and finest producers here. With a history stretching back into the 19th century, to 1848, they’re a family with unparalleled know-how of making wines. Their vineyards stretch over 25 hectares, from 250 to 1,000 metres above sea level, all managed sustainably. Theirs are some of the most pure and precise expressions of single varieties in Italy.
