Tenuta Sette Cieli

The first vineyards were planted at Tenuta Sette Cieli in 2001, one hill over from the original Sassicaia vineyard, which is visible from their winery. Their 10 hectares of vineyards, planted with Bordeaux varieties high in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean above the famous town of Bolgheri, are farmed organically. And the results are seriously impressive. Young winemaker Elena Pozzolini honed her craft at top estates around the world, and is producing wines of the highest quality. This is a producer to watch.
