Selbach-Oster

Selbach Oster is a traditional estate in the heart of the Mosel, with Johannes Selbach at the helm and his two children becoming more involved. As well as winemaking talent, if you are eating at local restaurants in the area, you are likely to find wild boar shot by Johannes on the menu. Their vineyard holdings include some of the most prestigious sites in the Mosel: Zeltingen, Wehlen, Graach and Bernkastel.
