Moulin Touchais
This property has been in the Touchais family for eight generations, since 1787, and the estate, down a side street in Doué-La-Fontaine, has many stories to tell. Indeed, the labyrinth of cellars was bricked over during the occupation of France during World War Two, to protect the years of stock. Moulin Touchais is famous for the late releases of their wine, demanding cellarage for at least ten years before a bottle leaves the property.
