Ten years ago, the Humbert brothers swapped roles with Manou moving into the winery and Frédéric into the vineyard, and they haven’t looked back since. A larger than life, rugby-playing winemaker, Manou draws out clear definition in his wines. There is noticeable clarity between the brothers’ many terroirs in Fixin and Gevrey-Chambertin, impressive precision indeed.
