Fortunately Arnoux-Lachaux bucks the trend, with father Pascal and son Charles working closely together. They approach vineyard management using organic growing methods, and just as fastidiously in the winery. With Pascal’s influence, they represent the most rapid change in style of any Burgundy domaine, and the wines are now quite pure and elegant, with depth of flavour.
